Our Raw-treats are a retreat (and treat!) for your entire body, mind, and soul.
Come home to yourself with a healing day packed with yoga and meditation, healthy food, talks and workshops, a surprise activity, and goodie bags to take home.
Sat 28th April 9.30am-4.30pm
The day will begin with a warming and cleansing cup of tea followed by a calming breath meditation to help you centre and arrive. Brand new to meditation? No worries, this is suitable for everyone.
We will then move onto a discussion around self-care and intention setting, building into a 90 minute Hatha Flow yoga practice with our Head of Yoga + Wellbeing, Lily Silverton.
After all that thoughtfulness and movement we'll be starving, so we will sit down together for a healthy, nutritious and filling lunch, combined with an informative talk on nutrition and caring for your body and mind.
While we digest we'll venture out for a little surprise activity in the local area, before arriving back on our mats for some self-massage working the fascia of the body and releasing tension in the face.
We'll finish up with a nourishing Restorative/Yin yoga session and a long guided relaxation, followed by tea and cake.
And of course, we have wonderful goodie bag packed with treats for you to take home.
