Kick start your weekend with an energising Pilates class with super-instructor Lucy Mills, followed by a delicious, seasonal healthy vegan brunch from our wonderful chefs.
Lucy Mills of ‘Your Ideal Fit' is a qualified STOTT Pilates, Xtend Barre and TRX instructor. She teaches group classes and private 1-2-1 sessions in central London. Her clientele range from celebrities, royalty, sports professionals, pre and post natal mums, exercise newbies, to those returning to exercise after injury.
Her teaching focuses on form and alignment. She believes that exercise should be mindful to strengthen the body for the long term, and is passionate in helping clients take ownership of their own physical development and journey. In Jan 2017, Lucy was featured as one of “7 New UK Wellness Gurus You Need to Watch” by Byrdie UK.
Ticket price includes: A 1 hour mat Pilates class with Lucy, a Raw Press juice, a bottomless brunch with tea/coffee, and a fun-filled goodie bag to take home.
