The practice combines nourishing yin postures with dynamic hatha flow to enable deep stretching and relaxation to the body & mind. Our Head of Yoga & Wellbeing, Lily, teaches body positive, breath-led classes that encourage students to find their own form and alignment, to return to the breath, to join mind with movement, and to have fun!
All levels, ages, and abilities welcome, except sorry boys - girls only!
