Join yoga teacher Lily Silverton and naturopath Natalie Smyth for a Sunday afternoon half-day retreat workshop on how to balance your hormones.
Discover how to help increase your energy, eliminate mood swings, get rid of cravings, improve your memory, reduce anxiety, tension and irritability, reduce stress and lose weight without dieting. We will also explore conditions such as PMS, endometriosis, fibroids and PCOS, as well as reducing your risk of breast cancer.
Session includes a yoga class, informative talk, interactive workshop, and afternoon tea and cake.
